We expected to find a place where we could sleep comfortably for our flight the next morning, but we never expected to find such a beautiful and modern hotel, up to the smallest detail. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 00:30, but we still found both the reception and bar open, which was a huge relief. Despite the late hour, receptionists were extremely kind, attentive, and gave us clear instructions. Arranging an airport shuttle is extremely easy and convenient. The bar was amazing too. Our room was spectacular and we couldn’t even think of something else we could need, it had everything! Airport Hotel Bergamo is the best option for anyone who wishes to stay close to the airport.

Check in was super quick and efficient. Lady on reception had very good English and was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. As we had a very early flight to catch we weren't able to avail of the shuttle bus but the lady was able to ring around and arrange a taxi for us. She also informed us that we were entitled to vouchers for breakfast in the airport in lieu of breakfast in the hotel as we would be checking out prior to breakfast being served. We had 2 rooms, a double and a triple, the double actually turned out to be a triple. Rooms were spacious, airy, clean and comfortable with all mod cons and the bathrooms were also spacious, clean and had a lot of fluffy towels. Price for the 2 rooms was extremely reasonable and great value for money. Ate in the restaurant which had a good selection and was also reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling from Bergamo airport.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise as it exceeded our expectations. Although the hotel is far from the airport, there is an excellent bus connection to the city of Bergamo. In April 2023, the ticket cost 2.70 EUR per person. There is also a cheap bus available upon reservation, which takes you directly to the airport in the morning (5 EUR per room). In the evening, food could be ordered from the cafe. There was also a restaurant that we didn't have time to visit. The breakfast was excellent and healthy (self-service). The service was polite and exemplary. The elevators worked and everything in the hotel was fresh and new. The pictures corresponded to reality. We took two interconnected rooms for our family, which was a good choice. The TV and internet worked. The bathroom was good, and everything was very new and functional. The bathroom provided very good hot water, which was enjoyable. Coffee and tea were available in our room. There was a kettle for making tea. Room service with food could be ordered for an additional fee of 5 EUR in April 2023. Our family doesn't often stay in 5-star hotels, but this 4-star hotel was worth it. The food prices were more reasonable than in big cities like Milan. Therefore, I would recommend it to budget-conscious family travelers. To go to Bergamo by bus, you need to walk about 350 meters to the left and buy a round-trip ticket from the tobacco shop. It is located before the church. On the opposite side of the road, there is a bus stop from where you can reach Bergamo in about 35 minutes. It is also worth buying a 24-hour bus card, which costs 7 EUR per person and allows you to travel unlimitedly on all means of transport in Bergamo. You should also definitely see the funicular from the lower city to the upper city. The funicular fee is included in the ticket price. The last buses from the airport to the hotel leave around 7:20 pm and 7:40 pm on weekdays.

Nice hotel with all you need for one night before your flight. Great shuttle service (cheap if you are quick enough), kind and helpful staff, clean and comfy rooms. There is also a nice cafeteria and a restaurant at the hotel, which is nice given the location and the lack of any cafes nearby.

Very nice hotel, clean and fresh. Staff were super nice and helpful, fixed our airport transfer, booked a dinner table without us even asking. Super nice with breakfast vouchers since we had to leave the hotel at 3:45!
